We had a GREAT discussion with Dianne Haggerty of Western Australia this morning about the natural intelligence farming system she and her husband Ian employ on their farm.

A key part of their system includes helping to restore the natural intelligence of animals on the land -- resulting in sheep wool and meat that grades in the superior levels. Their sheep also have more multiple births than those not part of regenerative systems.

The sheep, in turn, use their enhanced natural intelligence to benefit the land -- sniffing out and finding certain spots on the field to put their waste. It seems like they are able to find the parts of the paddock that need their nutrients and put them there.

Amazing!

Our Mission

We work to demonstrate and promote the link between healthy soils and the production of nutrient-dense food.  Our strategies include whole system planning for crops, livestock, and/or integrated crop and livestock systems. We know that one-size fits no one so we coach our clients to implement strategies that best suit them, their families, community, and markets, to restore and enhance agro-ecosystem function and services.
